Our Terre Haute facility runs on 100% renewable energy through a combination of on-site solar panels (installed 2020) and renewable energy credits. In 2024, we achieved zero waste to landfill certification, with 100% of manufacturing waste either recycled or converted to energy.

Recyclable Materials

95% of our packaging products are made from recyclable materials. We offer 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) options for clients seeking maximum sustainability. Our corrugated products contain minimum 35% recycled content, with options up to 100%.

Water-Based Inks

We've transitioned 100% of our printing operations to water-based and soy-based inks since 2019. These inks contain zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs), making our printed packaging safer for food contact and easier to recycle.

Renewable Energy

Our 350kW rooftop solar installation (completed March 2020) generates approximately 40% of our facility's electricity. The remaining power comes from certified renewable energy sources, achieving 100% renewable operations.

Zero Waste Manufacturing

In 2024, we achieved zero waste to landfill. Paper trim and cardboard waste is baled and sold to recycling partners. Non-recyclable materials are processed at waste-to-energy facilities. We diverted 2,847 tons of waste from landfills last year.

Optimized Logistics

Our route optimization software reduced delivery miles by 18% in 2024. We partner with carbon-neutral shipping providers and offer consolidated shipping options to minimize transportation emissions per unit.

Tree Planting Program

For every 10,000 boxes produced, we plant one tree through our partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation. Since launching in 2021, we've planted over 5,200 trees across reforestation projects in the Midwest.
